The conference, marking its 31st year since inception in 1995, has evolved into Asia-Pacific's premier platform for fuels and lubricants dialogue, reflecting Singapore's growing influence in regional economic leadership. The 2026 edition will convene in Bangkok from March 26-27, under the theme "Navigating Uncertainties, Strengthening Resilience in Fuels & Lubricants."
