Singapore-based JinGangShan Asia-Pacific General Association has announced two groundbreaking developments valued at SGD $43 billion across Indonesia and Malaysia, marking a significant expansion of secure asset management infrastructure in the ASEAN region.

Strategic Development Initiatives

The flagship projects include the ultra-secure Bintan Citadel on Indonesia's strategic Bintan Island, and a bi-national Life Memorial Services Park. These developments represent a notable advancement in the region's wealth protection capabilities, following Singapore's established reputation as Asia's premier wealth management hub.

Bintan Citadel Development

The centerpiece development spans 800 hectares on Bintan Island, featuring:

  • An integrated Free Trade Zone (FTZ)
  • Advanced underground shelter system
  • International convention facilities
  • State-of-the-art security infrastructure

Cross-Border Integration

The project's strategic location near Singapore enables seamless connectivity, building upon existing cross-border infrastructure between Singapore and its neighbors. This positioning strengthens the region's status as a secure haven for international assets.

Investment and Development Framework

The development includes:

  • SGD $3 billion allocation for the Life Memorial Services Park
  • Partnership with Indonesia's Investment Coordinating Board (BKPM)
  • Collaboration with AECOM & Napital for project execution
